How long do I have to make a claim?

  • Under normal circumstances you have three years from the date of injury or date of knowledge of injury to take a claim.

How long does it take for the case to conclude?

  • We aim to have your case resolved as quickly as possible and within 6 to 9 months. However accidents involving more serious injuries can take longer to resolve, this is to ensure that you receive the maximum compensation for your injuries.

How much does it cost to run the case?
